The board granted an interim use permit to Ken and Chelsea Sands for a short‑term rental on a 33‑acre Springvale Township property. Zoning staff reported the home currently has four bedrooms and the applicants may add up to two more bedrooms, which would allow a maximum occupancy of 14 people under the proposed permit.
