The borough’s code enforcement report for September through December 2025 showed 147 property maintenance permits, 26 occupancy permits, 21 dumpster permits, 104 inspections, 13 Certificates of Occupancy (CODs), 22 rental registrations, five pending magistrate cases and $37,845 in total receipts.
