At the Jan. 5 reorganizational meeting, Mayor Gary Cirulli administered oaths to newly elected council members and the council elected Tracy Peterson as president, H. David Miller as vice president and Denise Stine as president pro tem; all leadership votes were unanimous (AYES 6, NAYS 0).

The Borough of Sinking Spring held its reorganizational meeting on Jan. 5, 2026, at Sinking Spring Borough Hall. Mayor Gary Cirulli administered the Oath of Office to newly elected council members Lisa Gantner, H. David Miller and John Eagelman; Robert Metzgar was sworn in upon his arrival at 7:49 p.m.
