At its workshop the board recognized RISE (Recruiting, Inspiring, and Shaping Educators) cohort 1 graduates — Maria Ibarra, Crystal Villanueva, Crystal Copeland, Jessica Richardson and Jennifer Rogers — and thanked program advisor Denise for supporting the launch.

Presenter (voice 3) introduced RISE, named as "Recruiting, Inspiring, and Shaping Educators," and said the first cohort began in the 24–25 school year. The presenter called graduates forward one by one and gave their teaching assignments: Maria Ibarra (kindergarten at Elder Elementary), Crystal Villanueva (kindergarten at Children's Elementary), Crystal Copeland (2nd grade at Caddo Grove Elementary), Jessica Richardson and Jennifer Rogers (kindergarten at North Joshua Elementary).
