During the water and sewer budget review the board examined prior bids from engineering firm JEO: a $5,000–$10,000 assessment of the wastewater treatment plant condition and a $35,000 comprehensive long-term improvement study. Trustee Burklund asked whether the studies would address concerns raised by Roland; Chair Scott Peterson said he preferred directing money to repairs instead of commissioning a study.
