Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan reviewed the updated joint-use agreement between the Town of Trappe and Talbot County for Home Run Baker Park. Ryan said the County removed language that would have required the Town to handle all maintenance and operation; the current draft requires the town and county to ensure the park is open for public use at reasonable hours and available without discrimination.
