Staff briefed commissioners on a proposed Zipline commercial drone-delivery hub at Rockwall Crossing that would consist of four docking towers and up to 12 drones per tower; the applicant did not attend the meeting. Staff said the towers are approximately 26.5 feet tall and that a screening plan is in progress; staff asked the applicant to appear on Sept. 15 with operational details and a screening concept so commissioners and neighbors could ask questions.
