The West Branch board reviewed samples of ordinances and permitting guidelines for Conex storage containers and tabled the matter for further discussion. The secretary was instructed to begin compiling a draft ordinance containing specific provisions: storage only (no plumbing), paint color restrictions, placement setbacks, a prohibition on grandfathering existing containers, and inspection/permit procedures for temporary and long-term storage use.
