Freight House renovation progressing; contractor to replace damaged items, completion possible by April

Borough Manager Michael Hart updated council on the Freight House renovation: most interior framework is complete, the roof is decked with a weatherproof coating, plumbing has been roughed in and electrical work has not yet started. He said he was selecting finishes, including kitchen cabinets and bathroom fixtures, and that cladding remained to be installed on an eastern wall around the fireplace.
