SRJ Real Estate representatives presented a scaled‑back proposal for 4100 Penn Avenue, the lot that includes the existing post office. Attorney Alex Elliker and architect Scott Graham said the revised plan eliminates one of two previously proposed apartment buildings and replaces the scheme with a single three‑story building containing 13 units, reducing density to about 13.98 units per acre. The plan includes covered parking, three accessible ground‑level units and two upper floors with five two‑bedroom units each, averaging roughly 1,450 square feet per unit.
