The board recessed briefly at 6:38 p.m. for an Audit Committee meeting to review the Corrective Action Plan before reconvening at 6:40 p.m. Business Administrator Jonathan Cucchiaro had recommended the board approve the plan in response to a Management Letter dated Oct. 2, 2025.
