Commissioner Ed Duskie reported that he inspected the concrete apron around the county Health Department and said the apron does not appear to be sloped properly, which he asserted is directing water toward the building's basement. "I don't think it is sloped and that's what is causing the water to run back to the basement," Duskie said during the June 16 meeting.
