The Wagoner County Board of Commissioners approved the 2027 Eastern Oklahoma Development District (EODD) REAP Grant Application for District Three and Resolution Number 2026-112 on Aug. 17, 2026. Commissioner Tim Kelley moved for approval and Commissioner James Hanning seconded; the motion passed 3–0.
