The council approved expanding an existing line item by up to $5,000 from the utility fund to pay Stantec for professional engineering services. The work is intended to research and engage regulatory and funding agencies to develop Phase 1b strategies and position Oronoco for point-source implementation grants, state revolving fund loans and other programs.
