Borough says engineering errors complicated Sycamore water replacement project

Borough Manager Thomas Day reported at the Nov. 12 meeting that engineering errors have affected the borough's water replacement work on Sycamore. Day said Pennoni "made errors in the water lines being properly substantiated and should have found that they were not even close to where they were established," and that as a result some new pipes are running between homes rather than in the recorded locations.
