Berkeley Group and county staff presented infrastructure, community facilities and public-safety themes identified during focus groups and pop-ups, noting limited water/sewer capacity, aging utility systems, and transportation safety concerns along Route 13 and at the GoGlass Merge. Participants recommended targeted infrastructure investments and improvements to pedestrian safety in Onancock, Onley, Parksley and the Four Corners area.
