The Muncy Creek Township supervisors voted June 15 to approve the conditional use decision for Kremser Extractive Operations following a review by township solicitor Mike Wiley. Solicitor Wiley reviewed the findings from the May 15, 2026 hearing and the board moved to adopt the decision as presented.
