Erin (S2) presented a draft accessibility ("happiness") survey and solicited board feedback on wording, branching logic and question options. Members recommended specific edits — adding 'video games' to a question about borrowable items, including a 'not applicable' option, switching 'seasonal' to 'quarterly' for frequency, clarifying employment-status options for caregivers, and removing question punctuation — and suggested Alchemer (SurveyGizmo) or Google Forms as possible platforms for distribution.
