Brian Lawrence, Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Westmoreland, reviewed the previous month's financial statements, outlining changes in accounts payable and receivable, grant income, and the organization's assets, liabilities, income and expenses. "The organization has reached over $7M in ARPA spending," Lawrence said, noting that staff reviewed profit-and-loss details before the vote.
