Town staff reports progress at Onnie Ranch; Copper Knowles Estates nearing acceptance
Town administrator told the Planning and Zoning Commission that Onnie Ranch has finished its internal loop road and is moving into utility infrastructure (gas, water), while Copper Knowles Estates is completing a north fence before acceptance and homebuilding can begin; developers have not provided firm home-construction schedules.

The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Copper Canyon heard a development update at its March 16 meeting from the town administrator, who said Onnie Ranch has completed its internal loop road and is moving into infrastructure installation for gas and water. "As you guys know, they set up a batch plan about a week ago, and now they're tearing it down," the town administrator reported.
