The board recognized Hillsborough Television (HTV) producers for a documentary-style series that provides transparency into animal-control work. Commissioner Myers introduced digital media producer Kristen Lampe and animal control supervisor Michael San Juan, praising a series that uses patrol cameras and body cams to depict investigations, reunifications and casework.
