Commissioners directed staff on Aug. 25 to hold a committee-of-the-whole workshop on Sept. 3 to gather information and hear from affected townships about recently installed ground stations (described in the meeting as Starlink-style 'mushroom' antennas). Commissioner Shane said the installations surprised local officials and said the county has engaged the Attorney General's office and is attempting FAA outreach.
