Manager Jeanne M. Creese reported to the Board that "the auditors have not provided a start date for the 2024 audit," and the Board asked staff to prepare an RFP for 2025 audit services. Chairman Rutter asked whether the Board agreed to change auditors; Manager Creese will prepare a draft RFP for Board consideration in the fall.
