Following a closed session that the president said addressed Junior High personnel matters and retire/rehire surcharge concerns, the board returned to open session and took an action to fill the board secretary post. Ricky Tigert moved that Fran Ridenour Ramirez be appointed to fill the position as School Board Secretary; Mary Davis seconded and the minutes record that all present members voted in agreement.
