Taylor Baumgardner of Summit Location requested that the council extend an existing variance to allow installation of a free-standing billboard at 1015 Linda Drive on behalf of property owners Keith and Mica West. After discussion, Council Member Vicki Smith moved to table the request to the January meeting for additional information; Bob Thorne seconded.
