Chair (speaker 2) told commissioners that, working with county counsel Jack Van Clay, staff are preparing a clarification letter relating to the county’s separation from the solid-waste arrangement with OSS. He said the county expects each of the three entities involved to receive $70,000 and that the county will segregate consultant and attorney costs so payments are not commingled.
