On Aug. 4 the Florence mayor and board voted to adopt an ordinance amending the Animal Control Ordinance for the City of Florence, Rankin County, Mississippi. The minutes record a roll-call vote: Aldermen John Banks, Brian Grantham, Kyle Martin and Brent Sistrunk voted Aye while Alderman Mason Herrin was absent; the motion carried.
