The Bradley County Commission adopted Resolution 2025-48 on Dec. 1, authorizing the County Mayor to execute a utility easement across county property at 752 Pleasant Grove Road SW and 282 Landfill Road SW (Map/Parcel 055.007.00), contingent on satisfactory resolution of notice and legal requirements associated with the county's landfill agreement with Santek Environmental, Inc.
