Council approves $20,000 increase to Keller Engineering contract ceiling

Keller Engineering asked the council to raise its cumulative time-and-materials contract ceiling by $20,000 (to $70,000 total). The firm said prior work was billed against the cumulative cap; council approved the amendment after questions about time period and future coding changes that may reduce city demand.
