Township engineers told the Board that Andrews Logistics continues active work at the former Neville Galvanizing site (3005 Grand Avenue). The developer's land development approval was granted contingent upon resolution of items identified in the LSSE letter dated Sept. 22, 2023; the Township received executed agreements in February 2025 and bond security in the amount of $1,554,601.24 was posted in October 2024.
