Planning staff (S9) presented a replat for an existing subdivision called Murray Estates in District 2 that combines four lots totaling 20 acres into two 10-acre parcels; one parcel will be sold to the adjacent property owner. The planning commission had unanimously approved the item on Aug. 20 and staff asked the board to sign the plat; the board approved the request.
