Board certifies Hart’s Verity Vanguard 1.0 voting system for Commonwealth use

Staff and the state-designated evaluator described Hart's submission package, testing timeline and a mock election held at Department of Elections facilities; documents reviewed included the vendor's TBP technical data package and the evaluation-agent report. Staff recommended certification under the Commonwealth's current voting-system certification standard that incorporates EAC VVSG 2.0 requirements.
