CCRPC highlights multiple grant opportunities for stormwater and design work
Staff reported on several grant opportunities: a Basin 5 Clean Water Service Providers start-up grant to CCRPC, a DEC Project Development Block Grant coordinated across RPCs, Design Implementation Block Grants (MARC/WUV/NRCS), and upcoming VTrans Municipal Highway & Stormwater and Better Roads grant cycles.

Dan Albrecht briefed the Clean Water Advisory Committee on several funding opportunities available to RPCs and municipalities. He said a start-up Clean Water Service Providers grant for Basin 5 should begin soon, and noted Addison County RPC intends to apply on behalf of all 11 RPCs for DEC’s Project Development Block Grant to fund project development and grant‑writing support.
