Dan Albrecht told the Clean Water Advisory Committee that the CCRPC is designated as the Clean Water Service Provider for Basin 5, covering Northern Lake Champlain direct-to-lake drainages, and that start-up grants are expected to begin in about a month. "Project funding won't flow until July 2022," he said, and CCRPC staff will review the final rule and final scope of work for the start-up funds.
