On Aug. 24 the Allamakee County Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 26.292 accepting the final subdivision plat submitted by Kevin and Teri Welsh. The motion (26.292, moved Keatley, second Byrnes) passed; the minutes record Keatley, Byrnes and Clark as voting "aye."
