Board approves Burke subdivision plat, waives performance bond
The Board adopted Resolution 26.291 accepting the final subdivision plat submitted by James Burke et al., waived the performance bond requirement, and directed recording of the plat.

During the Aug. 24 meeting the Board approved Resolution 26.291 to accept the final subdivision plat submitted by James Burke et al. The motion (26.291, moved Byrnes, second Keatley) carried by roll call with Keatley, Byrnes and Clark recorded as voting "aye."
