Supervisors accept Bechtel final subdivision plat, waive performance bond
The Allamakee County Board approved Resolution 26.290 to accept the final subdivision plat submitted by the Thomas Bechtel estate and waived the requirement for a performance bond; the Board authorized recording of the plat.

At the Aug. 24, 2026 meeting the Allamakee County Board of Supervisors approved Resolution 26.290 accepting the final subdivision plat for the Thomas Bechtel estate. The motion (26.290, moved by Byrnes and seconded by Keatley) carried; a roll call in the minutes shows Keatley, Byrnes and Clark voting “aye.”
