Annie Costandi, co-chair of the Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission’s MS4 Subcommittee, called a special meeting to order at 11:00 a.m. on June 12, 2026. During the meeting, Shayne Geiger moved, with a second from Alex Kubala, “to enter into Executive Session to discuss contracts with Dan A. allowed to attend.” The motion carried unanimously and the group entered executive session at 11:01 a.m.
