CCRPC proposes about $61,000 to cover Clean Water Service Provider start-up work in DEC RFI

Dan Albrecht presented CCRPC's draft response to the Vermont DEC's request for information on start-up costs for Clean Water Service Providers. The staff estimate for CCRPC's start-up tasks is "about $61,000," covering several deliverables including website development, grant-tracking systems, coordination of CWSP operations with CCRPC governance and procurement policies, and pre-qualifying engineers, watershed organizations and conservation districts to receive delegated task orders.
