Courtney Biasatti, president of the Comal Independent School District Board of Trustees, called the pre-meeting briefing to order at 6:10 p.m. at the district Support Services Building and confirmed a quorum was present. The meeting notice was posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act (Texas Government Code Chapter 551).
