Representatives from local groups updated trustees on upcoming events and volunteer efforts. Caryl Sutterby of Our Town Rocks outlined parade plans for Memorial Day, Adopt‑a‑Bed participation, a Salute to the Giant Flag on July 4 and requested a village truck participate in the parade; trustees supported event plans and confirmed mulch purchase for bump‑outs. Nathan Kendall reported that the Merchants Association held a Spring Cleaning Day with strong volunteer turnout.
