The board approved Budget Amendment 4 for fiscal year 2024–2025, which reduced function 81 from $590,080 to $472,480. Trustee JR Humphries moved to approve the amendment and Trustee Phillip Chapman seconded. "I move to approve Budget Amendment 4 for fiscal year 2024-2025, as presented, and reducing function 81 from $590,080 to $472,480," Humphries said. The motion passed 5–2, with Trustees Heather Barrett and Jennifer Roach voting no.
