Supervisor David Brooks and the Town Board voted unanimously on May 13 to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the Rondout Neversink Stream Program to implement stream management plans and local flood hazard mitigation. Stacie Howell, program coordinator for the Rondout Neversink Stream Program, told the board the plan covers multiple local projects and recommended formalizing cooperation with the town.
