Planning commission recommends C3 rezoning for Crestwood property, approves development plan
Oldham County planning staff recommended and the commission approved a zoning map amendment (C2→C3) and the corresponding development plan for 7511 Highway 329 (Straight Grain LLC). The motions passed unanimously or nearly so; staff said required KY Division of Water and stormwater permits will be reviewed at construction plan stage.

Planner Kaley Crum presented PZ‑26‑020, a request by Straight Grain LLC to rezone 7511 Highway 329 from C2 (Community Business) to C3 (General Business) to allow a contractor shop and associated office and milling operations. Crum said staff found the requested commercial zoning consistent with Oldham County’s 2025 Future Land Use Map and that the submitted development plan met applicable zoning and subdivision standards.
