Director of Educational Programs Dr. Mary Jones presented the Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR) for the 2023–24 school year, covering STAAR results, attendance, dropout rates and Board‑level goals in early literacy, mathematics and college/career readiness. Board members asked questions about scores that trailed Region 11; no public comments were offered during the hearing.
