The Devine ISD Board on Jan. 22 approved donations from the Devine Education Foundation that the minutes identify as teacher grants, a club grant and a dual‑credit donation. Trustee Carl Brown moved to accept the gifts; Trustee Keri James seconded the motion and the minutes record the vote as 7–0 in favor.
