Trustees on Jan. 22 approved an early notice incentive award of $500 per employee for up to 10 employees, intended as an incentive for staff to give early notice of resignation or separation. Trustee Renee Frieda moved the measure; Trustee Henry Moreno seconded the motion, which the minutes show passed with a recorded tally of 7–0.
