The board considered and approved a resolution "providing for the defeasance and calling for redemption certain currently outstanding district obligations; delegating to certain district officials and staff the authority to effect matters related thereto." The motion was made by Chris Davis and seconded by Carl Brown. The minutes record the vote as Yea: 7, Nay: 0.
