The Ruidoso Municipal School District Board of Education voted May 13 to approve a set of superintendent guardrails intended to clarify governance and administrative boundaries. Vice President Luther Light moved to approve the guardrails and Member Elizabeth Potter seconded; the motion carried with all three members present voting in favor.
