OneEnergy Development, LLC received the Ogle County Board's acceptance of a special‑use permit (O-2025-0202) to construct and operate a 2 MWac community solar facility named "Lupine Solar 2" on approximately 16.13 acres of a 75.05‑acre parcel in Buffalo Township (common location: 3200 block of S. Union Rd.).
